Line revisions
We provide support to increase the efficiency of your current investment, to minimize spare part supply problems and unwanted downtime. Selection of suitable automation products, supply and commissioning of motors, reducers and drivers, preparation of electrical project, panel manufacturing and project documentation and training are among our services.
The revision process can be managed in phases, starting with the entire automation system or the most critical parts, according to the need. Our aims are to eliminate downtime and failure sources, to use modern products instead of old serial products that are difficult to supply as spare parts, and to reduce spare part inventory costs.
Mass Measurement Device
Mass Properties Measurement Systems are products with advanced features and user interface that can measure masses, centers of mass, moments of inertia and product moments of objects of various weights and sizes in all axes and with a single fixture.
In this system, actuators provide movement in roll, pitch and yaw axes. Ixx, Iyy, Izz and the product moments of these axes can be measured at the end of the movements using a single fixture.
The user-friendly control panel provides control of the movement in a simple interface. Also, the motion results are shown on the control panel at the end of the process. In undesired and emergency situations, the system can be stopped momentarily.
Up to 1000 kg of single-phase electricity infrastructure is used. RJ45 connector and TCP connection are used for communication with control panel and actuators.
In addition to the measurement system, mass properties measurement service can also be provided for large platforms.
Electronic Card Design
We provide you with special electronic card design services for product development, localization and solution of your special needs. We create the BOM list of the cards we design, prepare the manufacturing files, produce and sort them. After the design approval, we provide a smooth transition to mass production with prototype production.
The voltage, current, communication, etc. of the product you need. After sharing the requirements, we undertake all the remaining activities for product conversion.
